I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and NutureLife Practitioner who has been practicing since 2010. I combine oriental and modern techniques to treat sources of pain, energy imbalances, and to encourage the body’s own natural healing abilities.
In recent years I have had significant experience providing massage services for both pregnant and postnatal women, and have had significant success treating lower back pain, pelvic and hip pain, and headaches that are a common part of pregnancy, as well as providing a deep sense of relaxation.
I assist my clients to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing through a reduction in chronic pain and dysfunction in their body, the reduction of stress and an improved quality of life.
Massage is an effective treatment for many health conditions and chronic musculoskeletal disorders, but is even more effective when used as a preventative measure. Regular massage can remedy postural imbalances and reduce tension in the body before it becomes painful and chronic.

Your Treatment
On your first visit, please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete a client medical history form.
Oiled based treatments (such as deep tissue and sports massage) generally require you to undress down to underwear for your treatment. Rest assured that you will be professionally draped with linen to maintain your privacy.
Some treatments can be performed through clothing (such as Reiki, Myofascial Release, Acupressure and Foot Reflexology). In these cases, we recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
It is appreciated that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee may apply for failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notice.
